I know some of the reviews a few years ago were negative, but when I met with the team, Nathalie and Thomas, they were attentive, friendly, and helpful. Ultimately, I decided to rent a two bedroom at Arista Flats. It turned out to be a great decision. Nathalie and Thomas were always responsive and professional. They helped me when I had problems and were understanding with when I made requests, which is almost unheard of in the rental industry. I ultimately had to break my lease, but even then, they were totally understanding and willing to work with me. I have nothing but good things to say about Nathalie and Thomas. I have rented almost my entire adult life and was very happy with my experience at Arista Flats.
